This holiday home with a large garden is located in the small village of Grandii, near Barban. It is a comfortable and cosy holiday home consisting of two floors accessible via external stairs. There is a one-bedroom flat on the ground floor and a two-bedroom apartment on the upper floor. Your children can play carefree in the well-kept grounds while you prepare delicious meals on the barbecue. The nearest beaches are in Blaz bay or in the towns of Krnica and Rakalj. Go horseback riding from the ranch in Manjadvorci or experience new adventures in the Glavanis adrenaline park. In Barban you can hire quad bikes and explore the beautiful surroundings.

Wir haben 14 wunderschöne Tage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Ein sehr sauberes und ordentliches Haus mit großem Garten, perfekt für Kinder! Der Poolbereich ist Klasse!!Der Vermieter ist außergewöhnlich nett und die Einrichtung reicht vollkommen aus. Das Ferienhaus ist ca. eine halbe Stunde von allen guten Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt und liegt wunderschön ruhig, umgeben von Wald und Wiesen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig!Hinter dem Ferienhaus befindet sich ein kleiner Bauernhof mit Kühen und Hühnern. Dieser hat absolut nicht gestört, im Gegenteil... die Kinder hatten immer was zu schauen. Wir haben sogar frisches Gemüse von den Nachbarn geschenkt bekommen :) Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Grandici, vielen Dank!

Vermieter kommt nach 12 h Anreise erstmal zu spät zur Schlüsselübergabe 45 min mit Hund u baby warten ok..untere Etage ungepflegt und stinkt dermaßen nach Rauch somit für uns nicht nutzbar mit baby !oben Schrank gefährlich alle Regale falle raus beim einräumen dreckig klebriges Geschirr und schränke …Bettzeug abgezogen u darunter Blut Flecken ….seine Katze die am Haus wohnt ? Wir kamen mit Hund was zur Folge hatte jeden Tag Verfolgung und Hund weg …. Nervig u war nicht angegeben!sollte man wissen wenn man mit Hund kommt? Haus nicht umzäunte u keine großen Pflanzen so sah es auf den Bildern aus …alles in allem froh weg zu sein . Wenn er Geld u Zeit in das Haus steckt u vor allem Putzmittel dann bestimmt toll so einfach grausam u nur mit weil zu ertragen !und wir nicht nicht pingelig….dazu 10000 Mücken jede Nacht also ja Achso hinter dem Haus Hühnerstall somit ab 4/5 Uhr wach wegen Kickericki und Gestank sowieso immer

Das Haus hatte eine super Lage der Pool und das Haus waren super und alles hat funktioniert. Der Vermieter war super lieb und hat schnell geantwortet!
