The property was excellent and had enough room for 13 of us, including 5 kids from age 1 to 11 years. The basement was perfect for the older kids to play and the other rooms had plenty of space for cribs. The kitchen was big enough to cook for the whole family, and between the dining area and deck, there was plenty of seating for all Lee was an excellent host and was able to quickly accommodate us when our other rental was cancelled on us with less than 24 hours notice. The accommodations and Massanutten resort activities easily accessible, we probably had a better time than our originally planned vacation. This was a pleasant, quiet experience all of us thoroughly enjoyed.

Everyone had a wonderful stay. The house had most everything we needed. The host was very responsive to all communication. I would suggest adding extra blankets especially for this time of year. But other than that, everything was perfect.

Quick weekend getaway perfection

This was a great property for our weekend getaway! The place was well appointed with everything we needed and was close to everything we had planned to do. It was clean and well maintained- perfect for our three families of 4. We will book this house again!

Great house! It looks exactly as described and pictured. This place was perfect for our group of friends. We did have some trouble locking up but the property manager came by as we were leaving so it was fine. We will definitely look to stay there again in the future. Thank you

The house is very nice and clean with a big kitchen and lots of communal space. Comfortable beds and nice basement entertainment options. Easy check in and close to all of the Masanutten activities.

Beautiful fall stay

This house did not disappoint. There was plenty of space in this nicely appointed home and we were close to amenities yet we felt like we had plenty of privacy amongst the beautiful trees surrounding this property. We will stay again!

Great option for JMU graduation!

The house was large enough for our big group! We especially appreciated the open floor plan on the main floor and the outdoor gathering space. The grill was a great feature and the sun hits the deck most of the day. We enjoyed our long weekend and are glad we chose this house over hotel rooms for JMU graduation.

Great location and nice, open floor plan!

We enjoyed a wonderful extended weekend here with three families/many kids! The house has great separation for multiple families and three king beds (awesome!). The location was fantastic. We hiked, rode ponies, fed the farm animals, and cooked meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The place was clean and our communication with Lee was excellent. We plan to be back…thank you!!

Perfect getaway

Great location and easy to get to the slopes in under 5 minutes! Celebrated our sons 16th Birthday with family and friends and there was something for everyone. House/bedroom layout is great. Property manager/owner was responsive and accommodating! Can’t wait to book again!

Only thing missing was a hot tub that would have made the house near perfect. Driveway was a little steep for some vehicles. But it is the mountains!! Thanks for a great time!!

Repeat customer!

We love this property - it’s the perfect size for our group, the hosts are super responsive and accommodating, and convenient to all Massanutten has to offer. The kitchen is well appointed. If you have people staying downstairs in winter, I recommend you bring an extra heater or blanket, but I like the cold so it works for us!
