Bring your family & friends to our beautiful home! Sleeping 16 there’s plenty of room for fun & gatherings! Enjoy the pool, hot tub, pool table, built-in chalkboard & games for the kids, or relax in the grand master bedroom using the complementary WiFi! With our large outdoor area, living room, and kitchen, you can host the most amazing events, or have a special getaway with family & friends. Being just minutes away from DT Chillicothe, this is the perfect place! We would love to have you!

•The pool, hot tub, and backyard area are all private. There is an apartment above the garage that may or may not be rented during your stay. There should be no conflicts as this apartment has separate parking, entrance, and is separated by a private fence for the backyard areas.
*For this reason, no parking is permitted on the landing to the left of the black fence. Parking IS allowed in front of garage and down the driveway.

•The maximum number of guests this home sleeps is 16. If there are any more guests creating extra traffic through the property or sleeping over night we charge an extra person fee of $50 per person per night. I ask that you please request the number of guests you would like to bring to our home as we live in a private community and like to respect our neighbors. Another reason for this being we do not have enough parking to provide for extra cars.

•HOT TUB RULES:

•NO food or drink in spa
•Pregnant women should consult doctor
•All children must be supervised
•NO jumping or diving
•NO oils or soaps in the spa
•Do not bring glass in or near the hot tub
•Do not use alcohol, narcotics, or medication

Summerville home

We had a family getaway in the Chillicothe area... This property was a great location for us. Our host was easy to stay in touch and work with and the property is very nice. Overall we had a nice stay.

Beautiful house

As advertised, beautiful home with room for a large family. It was a great was for the extended family to spend thanksgiving all under one roof.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

This home was simply massive. It was the perfect place for our guys' weekend. It's nice because it has a lot of separate bedrooms and only one room with a bunch of (kid) beds. Internet was a little slow but we were able to stream the OSU game without issue. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

Great Place & Great Communication

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Checked in and noted the temperature was malfunctioning, contacted manager who sent someone immediately to correct and not a problem thereafter. Would definitely return!

Summer Family Reunion

Wonderful location for a large family gathering. Backyard space was great, including pool & hot tub. Plenty of bedrooms & baths (more than in VRBO posting). Had some difficulty with front door lock, WiFi code was different than posted, no local TV (cable), HVAC system varied throughout the house (cold upstairs bedrooms & hot 1st floor master bedroom). Pool liner needs some attention as does the patio set (wooden trim chair arms kept falling off). Site could use a broom to sweep kitchen floor area. Otherwise, very convenient location to grocery, parks, etc.
