The condo is located in North Fort Myers in a gated community. It is very close to more activities than you could fit into a weeks time. It is located on the first floor of a two floor building. This will help with anyone that has any disabilities. It has a lanai that overlooks the water and a fountain. There is a pool within a 100 yards from the lanai that can be easily walked to. This property offers the latest in large LCD TV, DVD players and wireless internet, along with cable TV. There are 3 bedrooms that will sleep up to 8 people. The condo has a washer and dryer for your use inside. There are 2 dining areas. The unit has air conditioning and heating. Very quiet in this condo. There are 2 private bathrooms. The master bedroom has it's own private door to the lanai, with access to the outside, also with a view of the water. Miles of winding bike/walking paths throughout the complex. The complex also offers a large clubhouse for gatherings and community activities.

Great Condo

The location of this condo was great. Easy to get to highways, shopping, etc. We enjoyed being in a gated community and loved sitting in the lanai overlooking a beautiful pond. The pools were wonderful. The size of the condo was good because we had a few family members visit during our stay. The owners always responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Property was easy to enter on arrival. It was clean and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc The condo was about a 100 yd walk from the small pool The neighbors were friendly and helpfulThe TV in the living room did not work. I notified Rhonda the owner the next morning. She relaxed the TV the same day. Great responsiveness

Disappointing

The condo was dirty upon arrival. The 2nd bathroom was filthy with hair on the floor and soap mildew in the bathtub, old shampoo, soap and razor all in the tub. Master shower had old bar of soap and shampoo left in it, along with mildew on bottom of shower door. The floor of condo hadn’t been swept or vacuumed…. It was filthy. The owners were apologetic, but didn’t offer to have cleaning service over, or compensate us for having to clean. Also there was no bedding on any of the beds. I found wrinkled master sheets in the dresser. It was hit and miss with sheets for other rooms; never finding correct sheets for the 3rd room. Choice of towels disappointing. The water heater was turned off, and air conditioning unit didn’t work due to lack of yearly maintenance.

We have been coming to the Fort Myers area for the last 20 years. We have family in the Naples and Punta Gorda area. We have two children 16 and 13 years old. Our children love the location of North Fort Myers because of how close it is to the parks, rivers, and the ocean. The people that live and visit here are wonderful to interact with. We are excited to have you experience the same enjoyments that we are.

Why they chose this property

The Condo offers many great amenities. This location has pools, playscapes for children, fitness center, picnic areas, basketball courts, tennis courts and is gated for your security. The condo is less than 15 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, downtown Fort Myers, rivers for boating and fishing, and the Fort Myers airport.

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy a very modern, spacious environment. Visiting downtown, farmers market, rivers and restaurants within a few minutes of the condo. We are centrally located between Naples and Port Charlotte. We are within 15 minutes of the beach and the airport. Sanibel Island is within 20 minutes for shell collectors. Edison's home is within 10 minutes of our location. All the shopping you could do is within 15-20 minutes.
