Roze Family Villa- charming pool home near river district & waterfront dining!
We love hosting longer stays! * This home is full of Florida charm and comfort. It's truly unique! Fun and comfortable for the whole family, we have created a unique children's room with games and books your family will love!
We know how important it is to have activities for younger children, as a travel family ourselves, that way you can truly relax!
The large lanai is perfect for hanging out and relaxing. We provide games and floats for lots to do while visiting. Pool heater coming this winter!!!! Heated to 82* - $20 a day (monthly /weekly discount)
The bedrooms:
-Master bedroom has a king bed separate from the other two bedrooms . You have a private bathroom connected to the master.
-The second bedroom is setup with two twin beds and an optional self-blowing up queen mattress
-The third bedroom has a queen bed
-Each room has a smart TV. No cable- log into your own streaming!
-The neighborhood is quiet and full of kids playing, perfect for walks!
What's included:
-we include two beach chairs and one beach blanket for a beach visit along with other toys and goggles.
-pool towels
-one set of bedding for each bed
-towels for each guest
-some pantry items
-coffee/creamer
-snack basket!
There is SO much to do all around us all while enjoying a quiet space!

We are the Roze Family !! We travel full time in our RV !! We decided to make this our official first family Reststop and we love that we can share it !
Why they chose this property
We love how we are in a family neighborhood but are just 8 minutes to the river district downtown . We also love being minutes to a waterfront strip of dining options! We are perfect location to get anywhere we want 30mins to 1hr!
What makes this property unique
We completely remodeled this home all ourselves!! We have loved decorating and adding a cozy vibe to this home. We love the large pool and lanai, keeps me safe from the skeeters!!
