Located in nice area, amenities were nice, but felt like there could’ve been some more seasonings, sugar, etc.The grill was also very dirty so I wouldn’t recommend trying to use that if you book the place.

This is our second stay at Welcome House and again, everything was fantastic. Very clean, loads of room, loved the games, quiet neighborhood, and everything we needed for comfort. The host, Shirl, is very attentive and truly cares that her guests have an enjoyable stay.We also love the location…convenient to stores, restaurants , parks, and most importantly our grandkids!We will definitely stay at Welcome House again when we visit our Vegas grandchildren!

Nice, quiet neighborhood, enjoyed our stay. The hinges on the bedroom and entrance doors could use some lubricant. Faucet diverter to shower released excess water down the drain instead of through the shower head. We found the shower floor to be a bit slippery.

Photos of property were accurate but it was a little more dated in person. Had issues with upstairs toilet backing up. Plunging it helped with the issue. Host responded quickly when addressed. Table legs with the checkers and chess board was very unstable, I think that’s why it was on a mat so it wouldn’t move. Rug staples exposed by the door entrance of first bedroom on left. Stepped on it multiple times. It felt a little tricky to get in front door because you had to turn 2 knobs at once after putting the code into the front door so I had to have both hands free.We had to purchase and replace batteries for the skee ball game because light went on it. Location was good. It was near a lot of grocery stores and parks nearby if you’re staying with kids. It is a little far from the strip though. Neighborhood was very quiet.

The host Shirl was amazing and responsive to communicate with. We needed to change the dates of our trip from January to March and she was able to work with us. Checking in and out was very easy.The house is comfortable and well stocked and towels and linens. It is not a new property and it shows in small places but does not affect the comfort of guests. The only thing that threw us off a little was that in photos of the rooms there was a bunk bed situation but IRL there is only one double bed. Luckily one of the people in our party of 6 was willing to take the sofa. BTW the sofas are VERY comfortable to take naps in should anyone find the need. The best thing about this house is it’s proximity to stores and restaurants which are all walking distance or a 2min drive. It is also very close to the freeway. I highly recommend this stay for people visiting the Las Vegas area if you are looking for a chill place to rest away from urban bustle.
