The raised two-story layout offers a wraparound porch on the first floor and screened porch on the top floor providing great outdoor living with ocean views over low sand dunes. In addition to a rope hammock and table set, both porches come with ceiling fans and rocking chairs.
Lowcountry charm abounds indoors with hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. The open concept kitchen boasts a breakfast bar built for eight. Each floor has a sitting area with TV. The first floor sitting area additionally boasts a wet bar with mini fridge.

POOL: The fenced 30’ x 15’ in-ground pool with furnished cobblestone patio surround offers 3’ shallow end, 5’ deep end and 8’ x 10’ tanning ledge. Poolside lounging area under house. Heating is available for an additional fee and only when outdoor temperatures maintain 67 degrees or higher. Minimum 24-hour notice required for heat to take effect.
BEACH / CREEK ACCESS: A common-use path with boardwalk provides easy beach access only steps away. Creek access with a kayak put-in is located right across the road from the end of the common-use driveway. The North Causeway bridge, a popular local fishing spot, is also nearby.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.
