The property is a completely remodeled two-bedroom, one-bath home with a detached garage which includes a guest suite complete with a set of bunk beds, full closet and a half bath. GUEST SUITE IS LOCATED IN THE DETACHED GARAGE AND IS AVAILABLE MAY-SEPTEMBER ONLY. Free wireless internet is available. Inside the house, each of the bedrooms has a queen bed, nightstands and a full closet. Hardwood floors stretch throughout the family room, kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The family room includes a pullout queen sleeper, love seat, fireplace, satellite television and a bay window overlooking the lake. The kitchen contains stainless steel appliances and an island/breakfast bar which opens into the family room. In the wood-lined sitting room, there is an oversized couch, two reclining chairs, a dining table that fits six-to-eight and a stackable washer and dryer. There are ceiling fans with lights in each of the rooms. The tree-lined lot offers seclusion and shade with a large yard, fire pit, dock and 150 feet of lake frontage. There are neighboring homes on boths sides of the 150-foot lot.
The property is located along the shores of Lake Noquebay. Lake Noquebay is approximately 2,410 acres in size. Fish species within the Lake include bluegill, crappie, bass, walleye, northern pike, trout, rock bass, perch and muskie. Lake Noquebay is popular year-round with boating, fishing, snowmobiling and waterskiing. The Crivitz Ski Cats waterski team performs twice weekly, on Wednesday and Saturday evenings, in the summer.
The Village of Crivitz is located just minutes from the property and is home to gift shops, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores. Crivitz also offers a Flea Market on Thursdays in the summer and a Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings from July through October featuring fresh locally grown produce and handmade items. In early summer, you can also pick your own strawberries, which make for delicious summertime eating. The Village’s markets, holiday parades and gift shops are a great opportunity to discover the charm and hospitality that define the community.
Crivitz and the surrounding area, Marinette County, are home to great trails, hunting, fishing, snowshoeing, waterskiing, golfing, snowmobiling, rafting, parks and waterfalls. Marinette County has hundreds of miles of marked, leveled and groomed ATV and snowmobile trails for the novice and expert riders alike. For those seeking a non-motorized thrill, located just east of Lake Noquebay, there are over three miles of intermediate level single track mountain biking, hiking and snowshoeing trails. Marinette County also has a range of golf courses to challenge all skill levels. These courses vary in design and difficulty, offering from 9 to 27 holes in beautiful Northwoods settings.
Also located in Marinette County, white water rafting on the Menominee or Peshtigo River is a thrilling way to experience the outdoors. The Roaring Rapids section of the Peshtigo offers one of the longest continuous stretches of whitewater rapids in the region. For those looking to enjoy the view from the shore, Marinette County, the waterfall capital of Wisconsin, offers thirteen waterfalls. Picturesque, scenic and breathtaking are just some of the words that have been used to describe our waterfalls. Bring a picnic lunch along and make a day of touring them all. Most are easily accessible and many fall within County parks that have picnic facilities.
Marinette County offers nearly 50 miles of Rustic Roads which are exceptionally beautiful to view in the fall when the trees turn those gorgeous shades of red, yellow and orange. The Tommy G. Thompson Centennial State Park is located 15 miles northwest of Crivitz and encompasses the southern shore of Caldron Falls Flowage, and the Peshtigo River State Forest covers about 9,000 acres around Caldron and High Falls Flowage. Marinette County maintains 19 parks, most offering picnic tables, playgrounds, swimming, fishing and hiking.

About the host
Hosted by Jennifer

I am a young person who lives and works in a big city and enjoys the attractions that a large city has to offer. But it’s my weekends at the lake that I cherish the most. I enjoy outdoor activities and having a good time, but I can also appreciate the peace and quiet that comes from lakefront living.
Why they chose this property
What makes this property unique
I love the seclusion of the tree-lined lot, while still enjoying the benefits of being on the lake. In the mornings, I enjoy watching the sun rise over the lake and having a cup of coffee on the deck, in the gazebo or from the comfort of the couch. In the summer I love to go swimming, waterskiing or boating all day and then get together around the campfire at night. In the winter I like to go snowmobiling, snow skiing or snowshoeing and then cozy up by the fireplace in the family room at night. In the nearby Village of Crivitz, there are cute shops and restaurants that I like to visit as well.
