We only host guests who are 25 years of age and above.

Government-issued photo identification for all guests is required prior to check in. A Rental Agreement will be forwarded to guest once a booking has been made. Completed and signed rental agreement is required before check in.

WHEN USING THE FIREPIT-
Do not light a fire if winds exceed 10 mph.
Fires are strictly prohibited during local county burn bans.
Use only dry firewood

Please Note:

Outdoor security camera installed next to the garage door.

Lawn care takes place every other Monday. Please ensure all games, lawn furniture, and debris are cleared from the lawn.

The property uses private well water for drinking and daily use. The water is tested per state recommendations and is safe to use. Sometimes odors from the water can be noticeable after a period of low water use which is not a threat to human health. We have provided few bottled waters in the fridge for your convenience.
