Lake Noquebay Waterfront Home

This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located on the Southeast side of Lake Noquebay! Lake Noquebay is a 2400 acre, full recreation lake. Great fishing, boating and year round fun! This open floor plan has two bedrooms on each side with kitchen and Family room in the center. Close to town for all your grocery, bait, restaurants, golf course, etc.
The property is perfect for the entire family. Large yard for outdoor living and wonderful swimming based on hard sand bottom. Water depth at dock is about 3 feet to accommodate boats. Lake is public and full recreation. There is not specific wake or no wake hours because of the size and low quantity of boats. Simply an awesome place to be!

Great Place

Kitchen was a nice size and well supplied. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and each side and common areas in the middle. The enclosed porch was wide enough to have chairs on both sides and still get down the middle. Great place

Great place just outside of Crivitz

This place was great to stay at! The host was very responsive. The place itself was great! Clean, lots of beds for our whole group! The back yard was amazing for playing yard games and had a great fire pit for at night. Beautiful views with being right on the lake! One of the things we really loved was how open the living space was so we could be all together with the kitchen dining and living room all flowing together! If we are ever back in this area again we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place.

Great Place!

We were very impressed. This place was even nicer than the pictures show; Clean, spacious, beautiful. The lake was perfect, the patio is amazing, and the house was great for making meals and sleeping. We had a house full of adults and it was plenty large enough for everyone. The place was stocked with fans in most closets which was a nice touch. Which speaking of the closets were HUGE! It’s close to town, and close to timberline for a great dinner. We went to the waterfalls which was a quick 30 minute drive. Only complaint was the mosquitos. They were SO thick. I don’t know if it was the time of year or what but definitely bring bug spray! Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Multigenerational family weekend

I rented this property for our family’s annual memorial weekend cabin trip. The property was perfect for what we needed. The bedrooms and spaces were exactly as described. All bedrooms opened up to the main living space. The cabin was well stocked with cooking supplies, extra linens and pillows. The owner was responsive and left easy to understand check out instructions. The dock was great, had steps into the sand bottom lake. I could see this lake having good boat watching but with the location still likely quiet and relaxing. The home is on a private dead end road with neighbors along the way. It was about a 10+ minute drive to Crivitz. I would definitely book this property again.

Great Getaway

The property was perfect for a get away weekend for the family. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The outside space was wonderful for a fire and the sandy beach area can’t be beat. It’s also not far from town. We had a wonderful time!

Annual Family Gathering

Fabulous experience at Matt’s lake house. Super responsive host. Actually checked in with us to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. Clean house!!! Kitchen was perfect for a family that likes cooking. Spacious bedrooms, great room and bathrooms. Laundry room was a nice perk. Outdoor patio is gorgeous, well kept spacious yard, breathtaking sunsets. The shallow water surrounding the dock was great for the little ones to play in the water. More than expected

The property was extremely clean, organized and more spacious than it advertises. The property owner Matt was extremely accommodating and prompt with communications. There are more amenities than listed, the garage was full of water sports items and tools that made the stay just like being at home. The new patio and fire pit was a wonderful feature and very well done. The lake was clean, clear and sandy bottom. Great for small children for swimming. The only downer we experienced had nothing to do with the property. It appears the weather has been very dry, the water level was down on the lake by more than a foot. Tying off our boat was a challenge off the dock because of how shallow the shoreline was. Otherwise the lake and surrounding neighborhood was quiet and relaxing all week.

Family Fun

We had so much fun, I cannot begin to explain. The house was spotless. The accommodations were above and beyond what a person can expect. We spent a lot of time swimming and fun water games. Matt was available for all questions. Only had two. The fire pit area was great. The yard allowed for many fun games. Made many trips to town (only a few miles) to shop and look around. All in all, it was one of our best vacations. Thank You, Matt.

Awesome stay on Lake Noquebay

Matt was a great host and very responsive to any messages before and throughout the stay. Check in and check out we’re super easy and the house was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, cups, and other essentials that you may otherwise forget. We were able to stop in at Pelkins Smokey Meats in Crivitz and pick up some brats and used the charcoal grill he has on site which worked out perfect that we didn’t have to haul one up there. The views across the lake at sun down are unmatched and shallow water around the dock made for a good spot to cool off. Excellent spot on a great sized lake, the perfect northern WI getaway.

Excellent!

We just got back from our stay here and had a wonderful time with family. This cottage has everything you need, with plenty of space. Outside grounds are spacious and well kept. Even though it was on the cool side, we were still able to enjoy the canoe and paddle boat. Matt is very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!!
