Please place used towels in the laundry bin inside the bathroom. Please throw trash into the trash bin outside by the garage.
Please turn lights, faucets, stove, coffee maker, microwave off. Please lock up all doors, windows, and shut garage door.
Set heat temp to 60℉ (during winter months) and set cool temp to 78℉ (during summer months) when checking out The garage is heated; please shut the garage door promptly after each use.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
