Bring your family/ friends to this 4 Bd plus Bonus room, 2 bath newly renovated home sleeps large families with children. This home was thoughtfully designed w/ every comfort at your fingertips. There is 2 large living areas, one is a game room with a pool table, dartboard, mini fridge, 65 inch tv sound bar, extra large bean bag and very comfy couches(sleeper sofa).
The open concept living room area on the main level includes a large island with bar stools, a 10 seater dining room table, a 65 inch smart tv with sound bar and comfy couches(sleeper sofa) with an electric fireplace.
Every bedroom has closets and is equipped with a 40 inch smart tv. There is a Bluetooth speaker in the larger bathroom so you can listen to tunes while you shower. There is also a washer and dryer.
15 Minutes to all Poconos attractions! Camelback Mountain, Mount Airy Casino, Kalahari & the Crossings all a short ride away. The space is perfect for groups/families who want to explore the scenic Poconos & relax by the firepit.
NOTE: If your dog is a couch potato, please use the extra large pet furniture cover located in the basket next to the couch.

Marko and I grew up in NY. We love the Poconos because it a short ride from NY. The peace and quiet is wonderful when we come our house in PA. We love to travel to different places but always came back to enjoy the Poconos.
Why they chose this property
We love our property because it so spacious with 2 living room areas and 4 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms. The main floor is open concept so even though there can be a big group, everyone is still in the same space. which is great for big families or a friends getaway. We come from a big family and we like to accommodate everyone comfortably. There is something to do for everyone regardless of age.
What makes this property unique
Our 7 person hot tub and pool is a major plus. The pool is a 18 by 54 saltwater pool that is great to enjoy during the summer months. The hot tub is open all year long and can accommodate up to 7 people, which is even better during ski/snowboarding season. We have a grill/ out door dining area and a wood burning firepit. In the screened in porch we have a gas firepit with 6 chairs for early morning coffee or late night s'mores. The house is also close to the supermarket, outlets and shopping but secluded enough where its peaceful and away from all the hustle and bustle.
