Wheatgrass Guest Cabin - Wonderful log cabin located just east of Livingston!

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: As you pull up to the driveway of this charming, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, it won’t take you long to realize the ultimate beauty of Montana. Enjoy the views of the Crazy Mountains and Absaroka Mountains from the wrap around deck. The town of Livingston is a short drive to enjoy the local food.

BEDROOMS/BATHS: Wheatgrass has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has a King bed with plenty of closet space and a bath with a shower/tub, enjoy the double vanity and mirrors. The other two bedrooms are located downstairs and share a full bath with a walk in shower. The bedrooms down stairs have a queen bed in one room and in the other room is a queen bed, bunk bed with a twin and full.

KITCHEN/DINING: This spacious and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for tasty meals. There's a range, dishwasher, blender, coffee-maker, and microwave. You will find a complete selection of cookware and serving ware. The dining area is open to the kitchen. The table sits six comfortably!

LIVING ROOM: The downstairs living room has a Smart TV and plenty of couch space for you to enjoy a cozy movie night. Upstairs off the kitchen is another living area with a wood stove, leather couch, oversized chairs, and makes for a great morning coffee spot!

SETTING, ACREAGE, AND VIEWS: Wheatgrass is on the East side of Livingston, 8 miles from downtown. This home offers great 360 degree views!

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: There is a large wrap around deck on the second level. On the bottom level of the backside of the house houses the gas grill.

CLOSEST AIRPORT: It is about 45 miles to Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Visit downtown Livingston to browse the galleries and shops and sample the great dining available. Outdoor recreation of all sorts is just a short drive away … try whitewater rafting, horseback riding, hiking, biking, or fishing. Yellowstone National Park is just 64 miles away.
