This spacious, beachfront villa boasts two master bedrooms facing the Atlantic, each with their own deck. It features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and three decks with spectacular views right over the pool and ocean! The unit features stainless-steel appliances and large, wall-mounted Smart TV’s in every room. It is only steps to the pool, beach, and barbecue pit. Storage galore for all your beach goodies and leisure wear.

Unwind on the decks viewing the pool and ocean or inside on the granite countertop bar with comfortable stools. Gaze at the ocean from your living room, cook a nice meal in your kitchen, read a book from our growing collection on your bedroom deck. Accommodating bunk bed in the back bedroom too.

There is also no better location on Hilton Head Island if you’d like to walk to your restaurant or bar of choice. Visit the Tiki Hut/Bar for live music or walk to Coligny Plaza in five minutes.

The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed with private oceanfront balcony and private bath. The Second Bedroom has a King-size bed which also has a private oceanfront balcony and a private bath. The Third Bedroom has a twin bed, plus a full size trundle bed. This bedroom also has a private bath. There is a third balcony that is located directly off the main living area with seating!

This 3 bedroom villa was very nice, clean and was adequate space for 4 adults and two kids. We loved yhe proximity to the beach and the pool was warm and clean. We liked the fact that Coligny Plaza was 2 blocks away with many shops and restaurants. The Tiki hut next door had music going all day until 10:00 pm. It was nice sitting on the balcony listening to the music. We would come back in a minute!

We had a wonderful stay at this three-bedroom condo in Hilton Head. Location is great, the view was absolutely beautiful, and the condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Check-in had a couple of small hiccups, but they were handled quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.The only minor issues we ran into were not being able to find scissors in the kitchen and having trouble figuring out how to turn on the living room lamps. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Terrific location. Property was as advertised and the price was reasonable. There was construction next door during the day, but that is clearly temporary. If you don’t like music, you might be bothered by the Tiki Hut music that runs from 10am to 10pm. Overall the unit was perfect for us and we would repeat.

We've vacationed on HHI during the Christmas/New Year break for at least 17 years. We love the Coligny area and have stayed in the Ocean One complex all but one year. We love its proximity to the beach and the shops in Coligny. This is our first year renting with Vacation Company. It was a very pleasant experience. We will use them again.The property was very nice, we enjoyed our stay.

Just returned from a week stay with my family of 6 (me, my wife, children ages 18, 16, 14 and 10). Everything about the unit, location and beach was great. It is right in the heart of the action, and biking into Coligny (or walking) is very convenient. The only downside to the unit was that the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Both my wife and I had a sore back after our visit. I would recommend owner at least invest in a mattress topper for each.Also, noise from other units can be a problem, especially if they are partiers. Our first couple of nights we had issues with noise from the balcony below us until 1:00 a.m. After I politely asked them to quiet down, we had no additional issues.The 250 credit towards beach rentals was a great added touch. I highly recommend renting a Shibumi beach shade with the credit.Other reviewers mentioned the noise/music from the Tiki Hut next door. I want to make clear that you cannot hear the music from inside your unit. Yes, you can hear it from the pool area, but it was not an issue and not overly loud.Other items to be aware of...-The beach can be crowded, especially during high tide-There is one overly zealous security guard for the complex. Was very rude kicking people out of the pool area when it was still light. He seemed to have issues with ppl every night-There is large green area, perfect for kids to run around. For some reason, this is not allowed and they were kicking the kids off daily (only the troublesome guard).

Guest comfort is very important to us. We do have mattress toppers at our office available upon request. Thank you as well for mentioning your experience with the neighboring guests. While we can't control the behavior of other visitors, we're glad that a polite conversation resolved the issue and that you were able to enjoy the remainder of your stay peacefully. We also appreciate you clarifying that the Tiki Hut music is not audible inside the villa, as we know that's a common question for future guests. Regarding the security staff and community rules, the pool hours, green space, and enforcement policies are managed by the resort's HOA rather than by us. While the security guards aren't always the friendliest, they do have the important responsibility of enforcing the resort's rules to help keep the community safe and enjoyable for everyone. Thank you again for recommending our villa to future guests. We truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback and hope to welcome you and your family back for another Hilton Head vacation!

The layout and furnishings were perfect for us. My husband and I had a king suite with a private bathroom. Our granddaughter and her mother shared the other king suite with a private bath. Wonderful ocean front condo!

We loved our stay at this beautiful ocean front condo with gorgeous ocean views and great location walkable to Coligney, the tiki bar and the beach. We enjoyed listening to the live music from the tiki bar on the balcony. The two king rooms were spacious and comfortable. The 3rd bedroom was tight, would have been better if they still had bunk beds and a trundle bed to pull out.

Good view. Pool area is nice. Tiki Bar next door had live music - 3 days of which were fine as it was not horribly loud. However, 1 day was basically loud rap music (which is terrible both in sound and volume) and another had very loud heavy metal. Could do without that. Condo ok, but fairly worn out. Carpet in the living room is in desperate need of replacement.
