About this property
Stunning 4 Beds and 5 Baths with Indoor Fireplace
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.
The 2800sq ft. house has two-level units, an upper and lower unit. Both units have their private entrance and privacy. The interior is newly renovated. The bottom level has two beds and two baths, and upper level has two beds and three bathrooms. It also includes two laundry rooms and two kitchens. It is great for big family reunion and or a two family getaway.
This home is conveniently positioned between Grand Rapids "Beer City USA" and the lakeshore towns of Holland and Grand Haven. There are many great places to visit in-between and nearby such as farms, trails, shopping malls, etc.
Enjoy your privacy as you enjoy the entire house. The house is divided into an upper and lower unit. Both are accessible through the garage.
The backyard property is situated on multiple lots with another renovated farmhouse, a retired cattle barn, and plenty of space in the back of the home for Barbequing with friends. The property is large and deep and works
well for smaller events too (with permission). It has a private driveway and sits adjacent to Georgetown Baseball fields with additional parking on site for water toys or small campers.
Georgetown Township is well known for its many beautiful
parks with walking trails (some paved), local farms, and is also one of the country’s hottest housing markets due to the centrality of nearby business cities (while still being in the suburbs). This home’s “middle of the road” location also offers a ton of possibilities for keeping busy in between Holland (the shore), AND Grand Rapids (the city) Michigan. These destination tourist towns are well known for their breweries, diverse restaurants, shopping, art exhibits, consignments, and entertainment.
For special events, talk to host first. There will be separate charge. Thank you. We need each guest’s ID. Thanks!
