Approximately 700 m above the lake and only 200 m away from the pretty center of the health resort Agra with two restaurants and shops for daily needs is located in a quiet and all day sunny panoramic position the well-maintained 5-room country house "Villa Tirolese". Wonderful walking and hiking trails cross the area, making the house the perfect starting point for many varied excursions into nature. Luino is the busier business, probably the most important tourist center on the eastern shores of Lake Maggiore. The approximately 12,000 inhabitants of the town is within 15 minutes by car and offers many suggestions for the design of your stay. Moreover, from Luino, the center of the world metropolis of Milan can be easily reached by train within 90 minutes. Overall, the tastefully and lovingly furnished villa in Tyrolean country house style has a living space of approx. 130 m². Due to the distribution of the living space on 2 levels with 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and living / dining area with large fireplace, the house offers enough space that each resident can find his own retreat. For a communal breakfast or an extensive dinner, you can enjoy the 20 m² balcony, from which you can enjoy fantastic sunsets over Lake Maggiore. The highlight of the house is, however, the approximately 2.000 m² large and completely fenced garden with private pool (about 4 m x 7 m, weather permitting opened from approx. Beginning of June to approx. Mid-September) and giant views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Here the day in absolute peace - framed by the nature - to spend, holiday feeling is pure! If you nevertheless longing for the rest of the world feel, you are in the house a free WLAN Internet access available to navigate the Internet. Within the enclosed property there is ample parking.
