The tastefully, partly antique furnished house has a living space of approx. 55 m² and in addition to a beautiful outdoor area consisting of a terrace and a sun garden, has a dishwasher and air conditioning. The center and the old town of Intra are only 500 m away. Shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. are within walking distance. The location is quiet and sunny. The house has a parking space directly at the house. Sauber, individuell, Schlafen gut, Bad sehr gut,Wohnung: TV zu klein keine "D" Sender, alte Möbel teils zerbissen? 30 Bilder zuviel, Küche: 1 Tasse, alteGeräte Toaster, Kaffee, kein Backofen, Gasherd zu groß,2 Großtöpfe? Geschirrspülmaschine überflüssig, lieber besseres Besteck.Für ein paar wäre alles herzurichten!!!Warum immer übriggebliebene Sachen ? Schade, wir haben uns arrangiert!

Kleines Haus in Verbania

Das Haus liegt, wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt ,mitten in Verbania und hat im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung entsprochen. Wir machen seit Jahren Urlaub am Lago Maggiore und buchen wegen unserer Hunde immer Ferienhäuser oder Wohnungen. Für den Mietpreis fanden wir das Inventar, wie zum Beispiel Küchenutensilien usw. leider etwas dürftig. Ich hatte am Vortag unserer Anreise versucht, den Vermieter über Email und whatsapp zu kontaktieren, um die Schlüsselübergabe abzusprechen, leider bekamen wir keine Antwort. Im Mietvertrag von Lago Reisen wurde erklärt, dass der Vermieter hinter Cannobio an einemTreffpunkt auf uns warten würde (La Terrazza).Wir fuhren zweimal den See entlang, eine Terrazza war nicht zu finden. Daraufhin rief ich beim Vermieter an, der uns dann sagte, dass wir direkt zum Ferienhaus kommen sollten. Dies fanden wir ebenfalls etwas unerfreulich. Die Rückgabe der Kaution , die für den Vorabend um 18.00 vereinbart war, erfolgte dann auch erst nach nochmaligemTelefonat um 18.45.Ich denke, dass für den Mietpreis am Lago Maggiore weitaus besser ausgestatteteFerienhäuser oder Wohnungen zu finden sind.

Verständung und Kalt in der Nacht

Die Wohnung war kalt. In der Nacht haben wir gefroren. Die Heizung kann nur stark reglementiert benützt werden. Eine Bettdecke gab es nicht, nur zwei Wooldecken und ein Bettüberzug. Die Betreuungsperson konnte kaum englisch noch französisch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Wir sind am nächsten Tag wieder abgereist

Fast perfekt

Unsere Unterkunft in Intra war von der Lage und auch vom Haus wirklich perfekt für uns und unseren Hund. Leider konnten wir kein Fleckchen am Lago Maggiore finden wo man mit Hund baden kann ☹sind dann täglich nach Mergozzo am See gefahren .....
