3-room apartment with separate kitchen and balcony right on the beach
The two simple and functional furnished 3-room apartments are located in a 2-family house directly on the beach. As the lakeside road runs behind the house, you can easily reach the beach from both apartments through the garden gate. In total, each apartment has a living space of approx. 50 m² and has a free wireless internet access. To the apartment No. 1 belongs a about 30 m² large partly covered sun balcony and to the apartment No. 2 a approx. 15 m² large Sonnenbalkon. From both apartments you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view from the living room, one bedroom and the balcony. Free parking is available opposite the house. 3-room apartment No. 2 on the first floor with approx. 50 m² living space, up to 5 persons: entrance area living / dining room with pull-out sofa bed for 1 person, satellite TV and dream view Separate kitchen with 4-burner gas stove and oven Bedroom with Double bed (single mattresses) and Traumseesicht 2. Schöne Wohnung am See
Es ist eine schöne Wohnung am See, der blick ist super und der Zugang zum See auch, man kann immer schwimmen gehen. Auch wenn sie direkt an der Straße liegt hat uns der Lärm nicht so gestört.Das einzige was man wirklich neu machen sollte sind die Betten und der Kühlschrank ( schließt nicht richtig ). Sonst stimmt alles mit der Beschreibung. Nur für Familien mit kleinen Kinderen ist die Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen weil die Überquerung zum Parkplatz etwas schwierig ist. Auch wäre es toll man es würde eine Beschreibung zum Haus haben ( Abflallplan ) .

Lage bedingt gut, Aussicht grandios
Ansich ein toller Urlaub. Allerdings war nicht alles perfekt. Die Unterkunft gibt zwar einen traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, liegt jedoch an der Hauptstraße und an der Bahnschiene. Es ist furchtbar laut bis in die Nacht. Fenster und Türen sind nicht schalldicht. Im Kinderzimmer ist es extrem laut. Und Fenster kann man über Nacht natürlich auch nicht offen kassen. Zudem liegt die Unterkunft ca. 1,5 km vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Das klingt erstmal nicht viel. Allerdings gibt es keine Fußwege. Laufen ist also nicht, schon gar nicht mit Kindern! Ein Auto jagt das nächste! Man muss also jeden Meter mit dem Auto fahren.
Die Unterkunft selbst ist nichts für hohe Ansprüche. Sehr einfache Ausstattung, Bad wurde neu gemacht, ist Top. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist eine Katastrophe. Die Matratzen haben keinen Halt. Ein Lattenrost ist durchgebrochen und mit Klebeband repariert. Einen Erwachsenen hält das nicht aus.
Von dem hauseigenen Strandzugang sollte man ebenfalls nicht zu viel erwarten. Wir finden, auch den kann man einladender gestalten!
Insgesamt war der Urlaub aufgrund der tollen Ausflugsziele wirklich toll. Urlaub nur in der Unterkunft ist nicht wirklich erstrebenswert. Wir empfehlen dem Vermieter dringend "Schönheitsoperationen" rund um die Ferienwohnung. Das Schloss der Eingangstür benötigt ebenfalls eine Ölung...
