Highly disappointed in this booking and platform . I booked this place and i received a last minute call from the VRBO/Big Bear Destinations (handling the property) stating the place was no longer available due to an emergency. I asked what was the emergency and they said they didn’t know but the property was no longer available. Beyond inconvenient considering that my party was already on the way to the property. I was pressured to choose between two other Ava options which did not matched my original booking. The cabin was smaller and we tried to make it work but it just wasn’t what we wanted. The rain came in and the cabin had leaks throughout. We had to get bowls/buckets and rags were delivered to soak up the water. Not the best don’t recommend. It just felt like a bait and switch kind of deal.
