NO sitting on rooftop rail/wall/ledge. If this is done, possible removal from the property will be examined and a $500 fine will be assessed.

Excellent Location

This is a great location; it's walkable to downtown. Comfortable and well equipped for our stay. Nice to have easy parking. Good to know that there are loads of stairs for anyone who might have trouble climbing.

We loved our stay here, Jessica is very responsive and super nice. The place is amazing and the kids loved the roof top area with the best view of downtown. I would highly recommend this property.

Modern get away in heart of S.A

Cool sleek modern Town home. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to D.T and Pearl was a plus. Down side home lacked manuels, rules, and the rental lacked further cleaning. We slept in dirty sheets and floor was covered on pet hair. Overall pretty cool place to get away and enjoy DT views of San Antonio.
