This 3800 square feet home sits on 1 acre in a family friendly neighborhood 12 minutes away from downtown Chico. It features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, playroom, large dinning room that can seat 14-16 guests, large multi-purpose laundry room, office, home gym with peloton, walking treadmill, weights, weight bench and TRX band.
The backyard features a salt water pool (electric pool cover), outdoor fireplace, play structure, Traeger BBQ, Solo Stove & dining area.
The space:
Upon request a twin & queen aerobed can be provided.
Guest access:
Parking is on site in front of the home on the street. Please note the garage will be locked and no access will be provided, so its best to park in front of the home on the street to access the property through the front door.
