The open living area is spacious and inviting, the living room has plenty of windows, a large TV, and comfy seating. The fully equipped kitchen has ample counter space with seating for 6, and leads to a wonderful porch, with more seating and a large dining table. A primary bedroom, king, with private bath is down the hall.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms and a bunk room. The primary bedroom, king, boasts a lovely sitting area and dual porch access.

A Publix grocery store is only a few blocks away, as well as boutiques, a liquor store, and casual dining. Its convenient location makes it easier to spend less time running around and more time enjoying your getaway.

The 6-seater golf cart and 4 bikes are included, making it a breeze to visit WaterColor’s community pools and beach club.

The best stay on 30A

Beautiful house, great location, comfortable beds, and all the amenities we needed! We lived on the screen porches and the golf cart was my boys favorite part for going to the beach, pool, or dinner! We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Watercolor house.

Spacious, clean and easily accessible house. Completely met our needs and we appreciated the golf cart and bikes that came along with the property.

Watercolor convenience with one major issue

Always enjoy staying in Watercolor. This property is in the middle of the pack of the places we’ve stayed. Lack of any condiments, lack of tea kettle, very slow Wifi we’re minor issues. Major issue was the unreliable electric cart that we were relying on to get around the local area with our party. Seemed to have a loose wire issue, and broke down the first night in middle of major road as we drove back from dinner. Although we notified property manager by phone and email, no one ever came out to fix or called to followup.
