Le Noisetier - MOUNTAIN

Located in the heart of the Saint Emilion vineyards, in a quiet hamlet of the small village of Montagne-Saint Emilion, the Le Noisetier gîte welcomes you for your stay. Housed in former outbuildings, the gîte is adjoining a house and is located near another gîte (access path and shared parking adjacent to the gîte). Arranged on two levels, the gîte consists on the ground floor of a living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge, opening onto two terraces (one path side and the other parking side), a toilet (sanibroyeur) with hand basin, a storeroom with washing machine and cleaning equipment. Upstairs there is a beautiful sleeping area equipped with a 140x190cm bed, storage, a bathroom open to the bedroom with large shower and two sinks. The bedroom opens onto the staircase. The gîte is equipped with electric heating. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
