Its not a Bedroom and a Studio. Bed is not king. No hot water. Easy check in. Not cleaned. Sofa bed tables are broken

Ce logement devrait être retirer des offres (signalement fait à Abritel). pas de chasse d'eau donc pas de toilettes; pas de couverts; balcon très sale donc inutilisable; porte de placard cassée et dangereuse; pas de porte-serviette, ni porte-manteau.Mon commentaire n'est pas trompeur, en revanche votre offre, si le logement reste en l'état, est trompeuse.

Super emplacement, facile d’accès(si monter les 6 étages vous va), lit plutôt comfortable. Petits bémols, il y a un peu de moisissure dans la salle de bain, la climatisation coule pas mal quand il fait chaud (près d’une prise électrique) et la porte du garde-robe n’est pas très solide donc faire attention.

Moyennant quelques amélioration sur l'entretien, je suis absolument ravie de mon séjour ! L'appartement est petit et confortable, petite terrasse hyper chouette, climatisation, et un hôte hyper réactif, donc je reviendrai bientôt !

Le studio est dans un état degradé (mais peut être par des locataires peu respectueux). La terrasse n'est pas entretenue, rideau en vrac, porte de placard, quelques fils electriques à nue. Le téléviseur fonctionne mal avec une télécommande qui dyfonctionne également. La douche a innondée la voisine. Elle aurait était reparée le deuxieme jour mais je n'ai pas osé le vérifier. Donc au final, bof, bof, bof... malgré des petites attentions (lit fait, savons, shampoing, sel, poivre, serviettes à dispo...).

Arrivée à l'adresse. 15 h 15. Pas de clé dans le boîtier. 10 mns d'attente pour obtenir une réponse (par mail) de l hôte (car pas de no de tel uniquement mail). Consignes reçues par mail : une personne fait le ménage. Sonner à l'appartement (je ne sais pas lequel car aucune indication dans le mail). Une personne sortant de l'immeuble m'ouvre la porte et ceci me permet d'accéder à la porte de l'appartement. Je sonne à plusieurs reprises. J'attends 10 mns, enfin la personne qui fait le ménage à l'intérieur m'ouvre. Cette personne ne souhaite pas que je rentre car elle n'a pas terminé. J'insiste car fatiguée de mon voyage et avec une grosse valise. Elle accepte que je m'assois. J'attendrai une heure avant de prendre possession de l'appartement.Dans la précipitation, la personne qui fait le ménage oublie de me laisser un sac poubelle, terrasse en désordre, sale, sous vêtements usagers qui traînent dans un coin et la chasse d'eau qui ne cesse de couler.Appartement au 6eme étage sans ascenseur.Une prise électrique ne fonctionne pas.La photo de l'appartement sur le site ne correspond pas vraiment à la réalité.
