Located in a small hamlet just 10 km from the cozy village of Eymet and 20 km from the town of Bergerac, this bright and modern house invites you to a great vacation in the Dordogne. On the first floor there is a large living room and a nice bedroom with adjoining bathroom. In the two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, the ceiling height is low. Relax in the green garden and enjoy the sun on your terrace or balcony.

Beautiful Views

A wonderful house with beautiful views, easy to keep cool and a fantastic pool to enjoy. We had a wonderful week. Just a few things people need to be aware of - Marc, the owner is lovely and helpful but does not speak English, we managed okay using our little bit of French. He asks for a 500 Euro security deposit on arrival which was not mentioned in the details, luckily we had enough cash on us. He will expect to take any damage out of this. He will thoroughly check the house before you go and does it expect it to cleaned. The house has wonderful facilities for families, with lots of space and things to keep little ones to teenagers entertained.

Séjour au calme au cœur des vignes

Cette semaine de vacances à été conforme à nos attentes. La maison est très agréable et adaptée à un séjour en famille. Le jardin est parfait (piscine, terrain de pétanque, table de ping pong.... ). Marc, le propriétaire, a su se montrer disponible pendant notre séjour. Nous recommandons la Maison 24!

La maison est magnifique, en excellent état, très bien décorée et très agréable à vivre. C'est un, véritable havre de paix, au calme avec un immense jardin agencé avec gout. Le propriétaire est charmant et nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. A recommander pour passer un moment de repos inoubliable !!!

Very well equipped & comfortable property in lovely location

We have just enjoyed a great 2 weeks in this fabulous house. It is in the middle of some beautiful countryside with long distance views as well as vineyards on 2 sides. The weather was exceptionally hot during our stay so we made plenty use of the pool. The house is spacious, really well equipped and very comfortable (although the bedrooms upstairs were hot at night). We would love to return and will happily recommend the owners, the house and the local area. Thank you for your hospitality.
