Exceptional 5½-room villa with approx. 5.000 m² park and private pool

In a quiet and all day sunny location, nestled in an approximately 5.000 m² large parkland, there are three well-kept villas, one of which is available for holiday guests, the "Corte Villa Donati". A piece of the very special kind! The former economic building was extensively restored in 2015 and furnished with great attention to detail. It was tried with great care to preserve the original structure and to combine it with modern components and techniques to form a harmonious unity. The result can really be seen, because here the planners have achieved an absolute masterpiece. The generous living space of approx. 260 m² offers with three bedrooms, each with three bathrooms en suite, an open kitchen as well as a living and dining area a lot of space and modern comfort. From the living room you have access to the balcony, to the terrace as well as to the private part of the house, which is secluded from the neighboring villas (about 500 m²), on which a barbecue and the approx. 7.5 mx 2.5 m pool (weather permitting open from Mid-May to the end of September) with the loudspeaker and external shower. The view of the idyllic park with its approximately 10 m high secular rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias and different fruit trees is unique and looks the same at Lake Maggiore. Especially in the spring the Baumblüte prepares you an unforgettable show, which should not be missed at any price! If you are longing for the rest of the world, you will have free WLAN access. Within a five-minute walk you will find a well-maintained mini golf course with restaurant, a fishing pond and the small church of San Martino with its picturesque old cemetery. Both the public tennis courts in about 200 m away as well as about 9 km higher located golf course in Premeno offer you many opportunities for physical activity. A wide network of well-developed trails is available from the villa to those who love walking, and you can explore the wonderful area on foot. The town of Intra with its restaurants and shops, its public lido and the beautiful lakeside promenade is reachable by car in just 10 minutes. You park your car within the enclosed property. Tip: Together with the neighboring house Il Lavatoio you can spend your vacation there with up to 11 people.
