Set on a one-hectare estate surrounded by vineyards and just a stone's throw from the river, this gîte is an authentic stone "mas" (farmhouse) typical of the region. It consists of two independent apartments across two floors, each with its own terrace and fully equipped interior—an idyllic setting for reunions with family or friends. The entire property is reserved exclusively for your use.
Outdoor Amenities
The outdoor space is designed for ultimate relaxation and recreation:
Relaxation: A large saltwater pool (secured by a wooden fence), a shaded garden, an outdoor sauna, and a fire pit (brasero).
Dining & Socializing: A spacious covered veranda, a bar, a gas BBQ, a wood-fired BBQ, and a wood-fired pizza oven.
Activities: A fully equipped gym, open-air table tennis, a pétanque court, badminton and football areas, and a children’s playground featuring a mountain bike trail in the wooded zone.
