This home is ready to entertain your crew with a pool table, HOT TUB, FIREPIT, virtual reality, poker table, arcade game, PS4, air hockey, a Wii, and so much more!

The Space:
This 3 story, LAKEVIEW HOME will be the perfect location for making memories with your loved ones! There are 7 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 21 twin sleeping spots! Walking up the front porch welcomes you with rocking chairs a gorgeous white exterior! Walking into the living room on the main level the OPEN FLOOR PLAN welcomes the whole group to be together in one space. Sink right into the plush extra large sectional and watch a movie or the big game on the 85" FLAT SCREEN TV!

The kitchen will be a dream for the cooks in your family with 2 STOVES, 2 OVENS, 2 MICROWAVES, and 2 DISHWASHERS! Ready for cooking all your favorites to feed that large crew! All the appliances are stainless steel and the cabinets are stocked with all the necessary cooking supplies you would have in your kitchen at home. Or step outside to the upper back deck with a large GAS GRILL as well as a GRIDDLE GRILL to do some outdoor grilling while you gaze at the water and hilltops of the Ozarks and sip on your favorite drink. The outdoor dining table provides an option to dine with the lakeview and the OUTDOOR SECTIONAL will be the perfect spot to soak in the crisp evening air while chatting it up with your loved ones!

The main level also has 3 bedrooms including a WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE room right by the front door with a queen bed, attached bathroom, and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed with a twin bed and twin trundle, also sporting an attached bathroom and ALL LINENS ARE PROVIDED! Down the hall bedroom 3 has two bunk beds with twin beds, an XBOX GAMING SYSTEM, and a bathroom directly across the hallway!

Head on upstairs to Bedroom 4, a gorgeous and spacious bedroom with a king bed, attached bathroom, and a VIEW OF THE LAKE from the large windows! This top level also has 2 more large bedrooms each with a king bed, a twin, and a trundle! Then there is a hall bathroom just outside their doors.

The lower level offers another spacious living room with a large sectional and another 85" flat screen TV hooked up to a PS4 with a DRIVING SIMULATOR! Enjoy a game of cards around the leather POKER TABLE, challenge your loved one to a game of SHUFFLEBOARD, or go old-school with the free multicade ARCADE GAME! The POOL TALBE will also be a hit for the whole crew or put on the PING-PONG TABLE top instead for a ping-pong tournament!

Step out to the lower back deck for the best evening activities after a day of Branson fun! Roast smore's over the FIREPIT while enjoying the lakeview or soak your worries away in your own PRIVATE HOT TUB. Whatever you choose will be the perfect way to top off the evening!

Back inside and down the hallway are the last 4 bedrooms! Bedroom 7 has a king bed with a bunk bed and attached bathroom. Then bedrooms 8 and 9 both have a king bed, a triple decker bunk bed, and an attached bathroom! Perfect for each individual family! Then bedroom 10 is a great kids room with a bunk bed, twin bed, and an attached bathroom.

Out the front door of the home is a detached garage turned GAME ROOM that the teenagers in your group will love! This cool hangout space has an AIR HOCKEY TABLE, a flatscreen TV, and a WII GAMING SYSTEM! No matter who in is your group, we surely have something for everyone!

The Neighborhood:
Chateau Mountain is one of the newest vacation neighborhoods in Branson and it will not disappoint! Sitting on the hillside next to Table Rock Lake the BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF TABLE ROCK LAKE will have you falling in love with the location! Not only can you gaze over the beauty of the water but the neighborhood amenities are just across the street and second to none! The OUTDOOR POOL will be a big hit with the whole family to cool off in the heat of the summer and is open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend! But swimming year round is still an option with the INDOOR HEATED POOL outfitted with a wall of glass garage doors ready to bring the outside in! Your kiddos will have a blast on the top-of-the-line PLAYGROUND and the teens will love shooting some hoops on the BASKETBALL COURT! Last but not least, the newest craze around, PICKLEBALL is also available and is ready for games to had by your whole crew!

Getting Around:
Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Chateau on the Lake's Marina is only 4 minutes away and the State Park Marina is 9 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!
