This was a great experience! I visited for my engagement party weekend and truly enjoyed staying here! The space was amazing and close to everything near by. The neighborhood felt very safe!

This property is in a good location and is dog-friendly. However, it has been neglected. The house is in need of deep cleaning and paint. I'm not sure how the overall rating associated with it is as high as it is.

Filthy kitchen.. grime and food on dishes, walls, cabinets and tile. Kitchen sink backed up garbage disposal not working, could not wash dishes. Kitchen drawers dirty and unorganized. The bathroom was dirty with dust and hair with an extremely stale urine smell. Shower pressure almost nonexistent.. Closet in bathroom dirty and unorganized. Wooden floors dirty. Walls and light fixtures had dust and dirty fingerprints all over.. The backyard fencing was falling over in places and the patio furniture was strewn all over with rips in the cushions. Holes in front yard one could easily step wrong and fall.. Not allowed to control the air conditioner.. had to call several time to request it be lowered.. Had we had a choice, we would not have stayed..

The home is charming and pet-friendly with a wonderful backyard. It was stocked with all the basics we needed for our stay. The kitchen and the large picture windows overlooking the backyard were probably my favorite. The overall comfort of the home is why we always book a home and not a hotel room on our travels.

Horrible place to stay! One smoke detector in the whole house that didn’t work. Host stopped communicating with me when I mentioned the issue. The house was also very dirty and needs a deep clean. Not sure why it has good reviews. Also not sure why they charge a 75.00 cleaning fee when we are responsible for washing linens and taking out garbage.

Kid friendly and great location

We stayed the weekend for a show at the Avondale Brewing Company. This house was the perfect location! Able to walk over, safe & quiet neighborhood and the house is well stocked for travel with kids! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Bham.

Family trip

Overall we had a relaxing and pleasant experience in their quaint home. We are traveling with two infants and this property has toys, cribs, a pack and play and other essentials. Will stay again
