This property is in a good location and is dog-friendly. However, it has been neglected. The house is in need of deep cleaning and paint. I'm not sure how the overall rating associated with it is as high as it is.

Horrible place to stay! One smoke detector in the whole house that didn’t work. Host stopped communicating with me when I mentioned the issue. The house was also very dirty and needs a deep clean. Not sure why it has good reviews. Also not sure why they charge a 75.00 cleaning fee when we are responsible for washing linens and taking out garbage.

The home is charming and pet-friendly with a wonderful backyard. It was stocked with all the basics we needed for our stay. The kitchen and the large picture windows overlooking the backyard were probably my favorite. The overall comfort of the home is why we always book a home and not a hotel room on our travels.

We stayed the weekend for a show at the Avondale Brewing Company. This house was the perfect location! Able to walk over, safe & quiet neighborhood and the house is well stocked for travel with kids! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Bham.
