Our apartment, in the idyllic Swedish cottage, with its generous garden and terrace portion invites you to a relaxing holiday on Lake Constance.

Super nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter; angenehm kühle Wohnung an heißen Tagen, gemütlich und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und kommen auch gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage, nicht weit vom Bodensee!

Wohnung ausreichend groß für 2 Personen; für ein zusätzliches Kind jedoch nicht geeignet.Mit Terasse, tolle Lage am Bodensee.Vermieter wohnen direkt über der Ferienwohnung, sehr freundlich.Handtücher und Bettwäsche muss separat gezahlt werden.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Ludwigshafen rundum genossen. Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz für zwei Personen. Der Bäcker ist zu Fuß erreichbar, der nächste Supermarkt mit dem Fahrrad nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ludwigshafen bietet verschiedene, gute Lokale zum Essen. Empfehlenswert ist auch das Strandbad. Gerne wieder!

Schöne ruhige Wohnung für Zwei

Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung, die mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet ist. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gute Infrastruktur im Ort,sowie gute Anbindung an den Övp. Eine schöne Woche!

Ferienwohnung

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung, mit allem was man benötigt. Gelegenheit im Freien zu sitzen. Das Parken des PKW ist direkt am Haus. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sehr nahe. Der See und der Bahnhof sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Immer wieder! Danke an den Vermieter!!!

Da fahren wir wieder hin!

Zuerst war ich ja etwas verunsichert durch den ziemlich deutlichen Verriss eines Gastes (Marianne M) und durch die vielen guten und hervorragenden Beurteilungen. Nach einer vollen Woche im November kann ich sagen, die positiven Wertungen sind gerechtfertigt. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, Ausstattung und Mobiliar zweckentsprechend und (schwedisch) geschmackvoll. Zugang und Parken problemlos. Genau das, was man in dieser Region, in dieser Lage, für diesen Preis erwarten kann und was auch die Fotos anzeigen. Wir fahren gerne wieder dorthin

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung war klein, aber es war alles da was man braucht, also völlig ausreichend. Sehr schön fanden wir die Terrasse dazu.

Oase im heißen Sommer

Wir haben die Vorzüge der gemütlichen Kellerwohnung bei Hitze sehr schätzen gelernt - nicht nur die Wohnung war angenehm kühl auch auf der Terrasse fand man immer Schatten. Gerne haben wir den "Bäcker um die Ecke" aufgesucht und herrliche Eindrücke vom Bodensee sammeln können. Die Vermieter haben wir nicht kennen gelernt - aber die Angaben über Email waren so klasse dass wir uns auf Anhieb gut zurecht gefunden haben. Gerne wieder! ;-)

Schöne, günstige Ferienwohnung

Spontan gebucht, sehr netter, herzlicher und entspannter Kontakt. Übergabe vorher und hinterher unkompliziert. In ca 15 minuten zu Fuß am See, Bäckerei in 2 minuten Entfernung.Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Unser Aufenthalt im Schwedenhaus war sehr schön. Perfekt für 2 Personen. Zentraler Ort um die Umgebung zu erkunden und abends hat man seine Ruhe. Nette Gastgeber, wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Camping in der Ferienwohnung

Kellerwohnung, Schlafzimmer dunkel und ohne Fenster.Nur ein Schacht der etwas Licht bringt aber leider keine frische Luft.Matratzen waren sehr schlecht , ziemlich weich und teilweise ohne Federkern. Kein Nachtisch am Bett zum Ablegen von Uhr oder Buch.Auf einer Seite könnte man sich mit einem Stuhl aushelfen aber auf der anderen Seite war nur wenig Platz durch den Kleiderschrank. Und dieser Schrank war sehr einfach,nur Bretter als Regalablage und Abstellschrank für Putzgeräte.Staubsauger und Wischer standen in dem Fach wo die Kleiderstange zum Aufhängen unserer Kleider gedacht waren.Damit hatte ich ein sehr großes Problem.Somit blieben die Kleider im Koffer. Camping in einer Ferienwohnung. Schade,die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut aber wir werden da bestimmt nicht mehr buchen.
