- A shared (unheated) 6x15m swimming pool, open from June to September and accessible with a badge.
- A 12 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
