Welcome to Andernos-les-Bains, ideally located halfway between Arcachon and Cap Ferret. Our apartment is about 1 km from the town center, where all leisure activities and amenities are within walking distance: shops, markets (covered and open-air), a cinema, restaurants, and access to the beach and cycle path. A little further on, you'll find the oyster port with its typical huts. Throughout the year, you can enjoy the many events organized in the town. The ocean beaches, 15 km away, will delight surf enthusiasts and those who love wide open spaces. The apartment, accessible via an internal staircase, is located on the first and top floor of a recently built house divided into four apartments, set back from the road. A medical practice (with no noise disturbance) occupies part of the ground floor and has its own parking. You will have a private parking space with an electric vehicle charging point and a guest parking space in the secure shared parking area with the three other apartments. A covered shelter in this secure area allows you to store your bicycles. From the moment you enter, you'll be charmed by its modern decor and exceptional comfort, ideal for a pleasant stay. The apartment comprises a large, bright, south-facing living area (fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge) opening onto a 17 m² landscaped terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, two bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with two 90x200cm beds), a bathroom accessible from both bedrooms (each with its own private vanity area separated by the shower; a sliding door on each side separates the bathroom from the bedrooms), and a separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, heating, air conditioning, and electric vehicle charging are included in the price, and beds are made upon arrival. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses gas), water (within reasonable limits), electricity for heating, air conditioning, and electric vehicle charging. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens are provided.
