Gîte des Ancelyns welcomes you to Le Teich, in the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, where you can enjoy the charms of the Arcachon Basin: the port and bird sanctuary of Le Teich, Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat, and the ocean beaches. This detached house features, on the ground floor, a living room with a lounge area (140x190 cm sofa bed), a dining area, and a kitchen (washing machine, small oven/grill, 4-burner gas stove). There is also a ground-floor bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, wardrobe, and storage, a shower room (shower with curtain), and a separate toilet. A mezzanine with a 140x190 cm bed is also accessible. In the garden, you will find two hammocks (one for sitting and one for lying down), a garden bed, and garden furniture. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are included. Heating is charged according to meter readings. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses gas), water within reasonable limits, and an electricity allowance of 8 kWh/day. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels are included.
