One of the most beautiful vacation homes (with guest house) is a much admired beach property in Southern California, thirty miles north of San Diego on 'Moonlight Beach' in Encinitas. There are many things to do in this area during the summer and year-round: swimming, surfing, fishing, volleyball, taking the trolley into San Diego, and going to the famous Del Mar races.

The home is located in a gated villa 100 yards from the water's edge, with unobstructed views and easy access to the beach. Beautiful gardens surround a large central patio, and the entire property is in authentic Santa Fe Style. When you're looking for the perfect getaway, this luxury beach house is one of the most exceptional beach front rental homes in Encinitas.

The main house has two roomy bedrooms and one bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a converted art studio with large windows to allow in plenty of sunshine. The kitchen has granite countertops and a cozy breakfast nook overlooking the ocean.

The guest house is just across the patio, nestled in the garden. It also have ocean views, and is completely furnished with queen bed and bath. Here you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves, the frogs, and the crickets from Encinitas Creek. When it comes to planning your San Diego beach vacation, this property is first-class.
