Welcome to "Cœur Cristal," an elegant residence where every detail has been designed for your comfort.



Living Area and Conservatory

The house is centered around a magnificent sun-drenched conservatory (veranda), offering a direct view of the garden and pool. The cozy living room and convivial dining room complete this spacious 180 m² living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for your self-catering needs (oven, dishwasher, large fridge, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker).



Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

All bedrooms feature individual air conditioning:

• Bedroom 1: King Size Bed (180x200)

• Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed (160x200)

• Bedroom 3: Queen Size Bed (160x200)

• Bathrooms: A spacious bathroom (shower and bathtub) and separate WC.

• Service included: Your beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided.



Private Outdoors

The 1500 m² park is a lush, tree-filled haven with no overlooking neighbors (sans vis-à-vis). The 7x12m swimming pool (secured by an alarm) is perfect for swimming. You can also enjoy a 100 m² terrace with garden furniture and a hammock.



Guest Access:

Entire property. You have access to the house, the garden, the pool, and private parking.

Note: An ecolodge and an additional suite may be available upon reservation to increase capacity. This accommodation is never rented to other travelers at the same time as you.



The Neighborhood:

You are staying on Avenue de la Gare, a strategic location combining residential quiet with absolute convenience. Magalas is a medieval circulade (circular village) full of character.

Everything on foot:

• Magalas Station (2 min): The line serves Béziers in 15 min or Bédarieux. Ideal for teenagers or for dining in town without driving.

• Shops (8-10 min): Bakery, newsstand, and small shops are accessible by walking towards the village center.

• Supermarket: An Intermarché is located 1.5 km away (3 min by car).

The Setting: You are in the heart of the Côtes-de-Thongue vineyards. From the village (top of the hill), you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Mont Caroux (the "Sleeping Lady").



Getting Around:

Magalas is the perfect gateway between the Haut-Languedoc and the Mediterranean.

Sea Side (30 min)

• The beaches of Valras-Plage or Sérignan.

• Cap d'Agde (Aqualand, beaches) 40 min away.

Land & Vineyards (On site & <20 min)

• Béziers (15 min): The 9 Locks of Fonseranes (UNESCO), the Cathedral, shopping.

• Pézenas (20 min): City of Art and History, artisan shops, unmissable on Saturday market days.

• Roquebrun (25 min): Nicknamed "Little Nice," ideal for river swimming (The Orb) and canoeing.

• Hiking: Walks in the vineyards starting from the house or in the nearby Caroux massif.



Other Things to Note:

• Smoking: Strictly non-smoking interior.

• Pets: Dogs and other pets are not accepted.

• Internet: Wired connection only via Ethernet cable (no Wi-Fi). Ideal for secure remote work or a digital detox.

• Families: Baby crib and high chair available depending on inventory. Stairs present.

• Breakfast Option: 15 euros per person, upon reservation, delivered in a basket to the terrace.

• Conditions: Tourist tax to be paid on site. A security deposit of 500 euros is requested.
