Would suggest having Kleenex, fixing foot rest on back of golf cart and cleaning outside patio and furniture. Otherwise, nice place, comfortable and great kitchen
Nice quiet location tucked back in the hills. Golf cart was fun to use in town. House was plenty big for 5 adults. Everything was clean and as expected.
Lovely home perfectly situated away from busy downtown area, but just a short drive away. Stayed with elderly parents and daughter, home was spacious and had all that we need. Only issue was lack of flexibility with check-in and checkout times, which can make things challenging due to ferry schedule. Nice to see an older house still retaining its charm, but that also has all the amenities we need. Would definitely stay here again!
Really enjoyed the property and how convenient the layout designed. Probably one of the best stocked kitchens for equipment and dishes, cookware, flatware etc.
This was a great spot for our 2 families, 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The bedrooms were great, amenities were awesome with a fully loaded kitchen with all the gadgets. The hill was easy to walk and the golf cart was a game changer. Overall we loved this spot and would recommend.
We had a lovely time in this home and island. The place was clean, good location and walkable to all. The golf cart with 6 seats was an absolute bonus. We will return.

This property is great. Very welcoming. The golf cart was awesome to have. The location worked out well. We really enjoyed the layout of the house and the way it was setup. It was nice having some rooms upstairs and some rooms downstairs. The fireplace worked out well. The TVs worked well. There was a nice outside sitting area. The only complaint is that there is no King Bed anywhere in the home. It is listed as having a King in the upstairs master. But the bed in that room isn't even a queen bed. So, while the house itself is great. Great location. Great amenities. Do not expect it to have the same bed sizes as advertise. I believe one of the bedrooms downstairs was a queen size the rest with all full or twin.
Our family had a great time. There’s 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children. The space is very conducive for all. We had everything we needed and the golf cart was most convenient as the house is a bit up a hill and out of the main town area. It’s is walkable but not for small children and carrying groceries etc..
My only complaint is it is due for a deep cleaning, especially the floors. If we walked barefoot the bottom of our feet would get very dirty. The washer and dryer were most helpful, but again where you put the detergent is very yucky. Overall it is a good place to stay but it just needs some tlc.
We had such a wonderful time. The house was fantastic, loaded with games, so don't bother lugging some with you, dishes and pretty much everything you could possibly need.
Downside, lugging your luggage up a very step hill, both coffee makers were broken, and the back seat of the 6 person golf cart was broken, but still useable.
These are easy things to overcome though, call a cab to take you there and use the golf cart from then on and I believe they will be replacing the coffee makers.
They let us in early and gave us an extra hour when leaving which I cannot tell you how much we appreciated that.
I do highly recommend this place. You will be happy once you get there.
Thank You,
Grace and John

Very disappointing
Floors were filthy. Downstairs toilets needed water to be added to flush. Upstairs toilets didn't work the last day. Neighbor complained about outside conversation at 8:30 PM when 10:00 PM is supposed to be the cutoff for outdoor sound. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Total rip-off for the money.
This house worked perfectly for our needs. However, we had one issue that surprised us. We met wonderful neighbors who were incredibly kind to us. Being from Colorado, we had never seen an avocado tree or an orange tree which was on the property. The neighbor told us to "help ourselves" to a few avocados which we did. We then received a nasty text message to "Put back what we took." We would never have taken the two avocados and two small oranges had the neighbor not told us that it was ok. We did put the fruit back but it really felt like we were being watched the whole time which we really did not appreciate as we paid quite a lot to stay at this property and we probably left it cleaner than we found it. Overall, had it not been for that one experience, we had a wonderful time!
The location of the property is not great, especially due to the big hill youhave to go up to get to it. If it were not for the golf cart, I would never rent this place. One of the disappointments was there were no beach towels, nor beach chairs, etc., most of the time when we go to a Vrbo, there are all kinds of extras such as bicycles, beach, toys, etc. The house is air-conditioned, but there are no vents on the lower level where the bedrooms are so it got very hot and stuffy down there. The house is old and the plumbing etc. shows it. Thankfully the property manager is really good about answering calls to fix things, such as slow, draining, sinks and toilets
The house is the perfect size for a large group with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The living room has lots of room with a huge TV and a sectional couch that could accommodate all of us comfortably. The kitchen was well appointed and made meal prep very easy. The addition of a 6 passenger golf cart was a life saver transporting luggage to the boat dock. The house is a bit up a hill and not right by the water. We appreciated being contacted when the house was ready on check-in day, even earlier than expected. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The only drawback was that the downstairs 1/2 bath toilet didn't fill properly so the tank had to be manually filled with a bowl of water. This must have been an ongoing problem because the bowl was already in the bathroom Also the cold water faucet in that bath didn't work, only the hot. So that left one bathroom for 6 people to use. The sink in the primary bath also drains very slowly as well.
Stayed here for 3 nights with a small group. The amenities like: golf cart, amazing chef's kitchen, and washer/dryer are above standard. There are also huge smart TV's in almost every room of the house which we did not use. The master bedroom is on the top floor and attached to a bathroom which is not accessible to the main floor without walking through the bedroom. The other bathrooms (1 full & 1 half bath) are downstairs and serve 3 bedrooms. The house, like pictured, is on the street with no view and doesn't have a lot of natural light. It has a small patio off the dining room. The patio is also accessible from the master bedroom. The golf cart is great and was one of our reasons for booking this particular place. It is also doable and easy (for mobile people) to walk to town. The listing for this place could be more detailed and when I wrote the rental company with questions before booking they did not reply but booked anyway and did not need to contact the rental company during our stay as everything was OK.
