Furnished and equipped one-bedroom apartment for 5 people, 180° sea view, secure swimming pool open in season and private parking.

Quiet residence close to shops and the beach, the apartment is composed of a main room with sofa, television, a dining area with a magnificent sea, an equipped kitchen area: ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, filter coffee maker, washing machine.
A bathroom with separate WC, a bedroom with a double bed and a single loft bed as well as a cabin with a double bed. Numbered private parking space.

The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, around 900 m from shops, stores, the market, restaurants, the carnival and the sea. The communal swimming pool is open in high season from mid-June in mid-September, it has lifeguard supervision only in July and August. Swimming pool open according to government and prefectural decisions.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon collection of the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).

The keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 [hidden] and 6 [hidden] during the summer season.

Saint Pierre La Mer is a resort where you will find shops and restaurants, a large number of activities!

The main attraction of the resort remains its large 5 km fine sand beach cut in two by the rock of the battery. On one side, the beach extends to the Pissevaches pond, on the other to the “Brossolette” port of Narbonne-plage.
This beach is supervised 7 days a week from mid-June to mid-September. It is equipped with showers and animated in season.
Your stay will be punctuated by numerous festive events: fireworks, concerts, local markets, etc. Every evening you will have the choice between an artisanal night market along the seafront or an imposing funfair: carousel and little horses for the little ones, thrilling rides for the older ones, in a family atmosphere with the smell of pancakes and cotton candy!

To visit :
Gouffre de l'Œil Doux: a large hole filled with fresh water located in the middle of the scrubland.
Étang de Pissevaches: a large pond where kitesurfing, sailing and other water sports are practiced. The pond is located about a hundred meters from the sea.
Domaine de L'Oustalet: a small farm with an equestrian center which is located on the road coming from Saint-Pierre to go to the Cabanes de Fleury. You can go for horse or pony rides there.
The Roc de la Batterie: a large block of rocks which cuts Saint-Pierre beach in two. It is located just behind the tourist office. This is where people come to fish.
The Port of Brossolette: this marina marks the limit between Saint-Pierre and Narbonne-Plage. Vacationers park their boats in this port. A little further into the mouth, you can fish in a small pond.
