LOVELY HOME located near Westerly, New London, Groton and Mystic. Cape style house set on a Cul de Sac in a quiet neighborhood. There are two spacious bedrooms (on the second floor) a large kitchen (fully stocked) with breakfast counter (suitable as workspace), a spacious living room and a gathering room for children and families, with television and games. A half bath downstairs and a full bath with tub and shower upstairs. Set on 1/2 acre with back deck, private driveway and back yard. Located close to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun , 30 minutes from Providence, and less than 1 hour from Newport.

A home away from home! Clean and cozy! The home even had toys, games, and books set aside for little ones, which was so very appreciated by us! My husband and I stayed here for our 7 day vacation on the CT/RI coast. The house was the perfect place for us to explore the area. Joanne has provided a lovely house with attention to detail in decorating and instructions for the stay. The area is very quiet, I walked every morning and rarely saw more than a couple of cars on the road. Joanne was very responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

Nice house in Pawcatuck. Just 15 minutes to Mystic. We grilled and our 6 year old had a lot of fun running around in the yard. We loved it!

Great cottage

We loved our week long stay. The cottage is incredibly clean and well-kept with all the comforts of home. The living areas are comfortable and the deck is wonderful, overlooking a forested area. The host was very responsive to questions. This was one of our best stays ever. Thank you!

The instructions for getting into the property were easy to follow, the house was clean and well organized and I LOVED (and so did the kids) that there were games for them to play!

Home Away From Home

Great Beach Getaway

This house is super cute and comfortable. Nicer than the pictures. Located in a quiet but friendly neighborhood, and just a stones throw from some beautiful Rhode Island beaches. Close to grocery stores, retail shopping, and many great restaurants! Communication with homeowners has been seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better summer getaway!

Great location

This house really was just minutes from several beautiful beaches. We were also not far from lots of great places to eat, in both CT and RI. Our only complaint was the lack of A/C outside of the master bedroom. It made it a little tough during the hottest days:)

Great find

Clean, safe and close to attractions what more could you want. This was a charming place and only a few minutes away from beaches and shopping. Well stocked place that provided soap, toliet paper, paper towels etc... which was great as you don't need to rush to store first thing to get this type of stuff. Nice yard for kids to run around a bit. Communication with owner was very quick and helpful answering our questions. Overall this is a great place and I highly recommend it !
