2-room terraced house 32 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery, with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 190 - 80 cm with 2 beds (90 cm). Terrace roofed, south-east facing position, large terrace, east facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (1). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 69. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Due to water restrictions implemented in response to drought conditions in certain regions of France, please be aware that the swimming pool may remain closed until the legal restrictions allowing the filling and replenishment of water in private swimming pools and ponds are lifted. Günstige Lage
Ruhig gelegen in einer Siedlung am Waldrand, nahe der Piste Cyclable und unweit des Atlantikstrandes und von Lacanau Ocean mit den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein kleines Schwimmbad in der Sonne (wenn sie scheint) neben der Unterkunft ergänzt die Bademöglichkeiten.

Ruhiges Domizil in lebhaftem Ort
Das kleine Haus in einer Ferienhausanlage mit ausreichend Platz für 2 Erw. u. 1 (event. auch 2 km. Kinder) hat uns gut gefallen. Ist eigentlich ein in sich abgeschlossenes Viertel-Haus eines größeren Gebäudes, außen abgetrennt mit Zäunen. Nummerierter Parkplatz zugehörend ist klasse! Matratzen top - prima geschlafen. Schöner Pool in 20m Nähe für alle in dieser Anlage. Negativ: TV-Empfang fiel öfters aus, WLAN nur mit extrem teuren Aufpreis (€ 5 pro Tag). Bettkissen zu prall, wir nahmen daher die Sofakissen. Nur 1 Gartenliege - sehr schade! Duschvorhang nervt etwas. Gesamtbeurteilung: gut!
