Ideal for 6 people, it includes a 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, and separate WC.
Convenient location: 100 m from the sea and 200 m from the beach, 700 m from shops, 1.6 km from the marina, and approximately 2.5 km from the train and bus stations. Cycle paths are practically on the doorstep, perfect for exploring the coastline.
You will appreciate the enclosed garden with a terrace and garden furniture, complete with an awning for enjoying meals outdoors. The accommodation also features a fireplace, a garage for storing bicycles or other items, and private parking spaces, making it convenient for families or groups.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, utensils, crockery, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), and includes a washing machine and a tumble dryer/clothesline.
