The living room is equipped with a TV, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, and armchairs. It provides direct access to a large, quiet, south-facing terrace with views of the promenade and the Thiou River.

🛏️ The master bedroom is furnished with a large 160cm futon-style double bed (low frame), a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a closet. Guests who prefer a standard-height bed are welcome to request it at least one week prior to their arrival—we will be happy to prepare it.

🛏️ Second bedroom featuring a high-quality queen-size sleeping area (rapido sofa bed designed for regular use, “Dunlopillo” memory foam mattress, 140 cm wide), a desk area for remote work, and a closet with hanging space.
