About this property

Private retreat center with large open living room and gas fireplace. Full kitchen with double ovens and 6 burner stove. 13 acres of privacy with private 30ft dock with ladder for swimming.. Eagle nest on property and otters in the creek. There are a few species of fish in the Beaver Creek, Small mouth Bass, Perch, Crappie, Trout, small Catfish. In the late fall, sea run Cutthroat, and even Salmon, and Steelhead. Nearby nice hotel has discount rates for overflow folks.

Perfect for retreat groups and friends and family get togethers.

This is not a Party House where you get rowdy. Find another place for that please!

The is a completely rebuilt 100 year old Craftsman home. Very nice views from the deck and the benches around the property. There are fruit trees and berry bushes. At night you can see the Milky Way if the sky is clear. There is quite a bit of wildlife including deer and otters.

There is plenty of parking on the gravel driveway as well as room for RVs and tents.
Please park on the driveway. We do not have outside toilets yet.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE

If you find yourself lucky enough to be in a position to rent this spot, DO NOT HESITATE. Liza is darling and very communicative! We hosted our wedding here and it was just the most lovely of experiences. The property is vast and well kept, my favorite spot was definitely the dock! We spent most of the days hanging there post ceremony. This spot being dog friendly is also a huge win for us.

Wonderful getaway for a big family

Our whole family (my husband and I, five of our adult children + two of their partners, and my mother-in-law) LOVED staying here. The open layout of the main floor and the BIG kitchen was perfect for having lots of people cooking and hanging out together around meals. Really nice to have A/C during the August week we stayed there since it was +102 degrees outside! Having the creek and private dock just steps away from the house allowed for swimming, fishing, and splashing around in innertubes. Next time we'd like to bring a kayak! The owner Elizabeth was patiently indulgent of all of my questions before and after arrival, since cooking for a big gang like ours requires a bit of planning ahead. We would definitely stay here again - it was the perfect family getaway. The one thing to know ahead of time is that although is does indeed sleep 12, there are only three actual bedrooms. It worked just fine for us since our kids were willing to bunk in together, but if you have a snorer in the bunch you may want to move one of the beds into the sun room like we did! :)

What a Find!

This place has it all. Swimming, gorgeous views, plenty of space, sleeping for many, and so much more. I loved our stay for a three family get together. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were board games and yard games to play. The setup is amazing.
