Lovely Spring Home, Access to Pool

Welcome to Spring Home 7, this cozy ranch style home is just what your vacation needs. Enjoy close proximity to the Paulina Springs pool in this newly constructed home, it offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with two "Master Suites". Each master suite includes a king bed and an attached bathroom. The "kids room" features two full beds and tons of extra room. In the guest bathroom and in one of the master bathrooms you will find beautifully tiled walk-in showers. There are two mini-split air conditioners to keep you cool during the hot summer days, and radiant heated floors throughout the entire house for those chilly mornings. Have a tournament with the whole family on the competition 2-piece STAG ping-pong table in the garage or on the back patio. Simply Roll the 2-pieces to our large, hardscaped back courtyard. Very easy to un-fold for play and fold/lock for storage. This home is very bright and open with room for the whole family.

*Please leave your furry friends at home as this house is not pet friendly.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

As of January 1st, 2026: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to 13.5% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

It is fairly new construction, and put together beautifully. You could easily fit 2 families there. It was great for a ski getaway.

Great Property!

Very spacious, clean, and beautiful house! Everything is up to date. Has 3 full bathrooms which was great for us as we were all needing to get ready for a wedding at the same time. The key box was a bit tricky for us but that was the only minor flaw. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice house

The house layout and rooms are very nice. There is a lot of space and the beds are very comfortable. A few items were broken (couch, ping pong table) and the kitchen wares and towels were not sufficient for the house’s capacity. Overall, it was a nice house.

We will definitely be back!

This place was perfect for our family of four plus two grandparents. We had a special request and the owner was very accommodating. The house is a new build and everything was in excellent shape and cleanliness. This place is perfect for two small families as each of the three bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with all essentials. Location wise it's a very short walk to paulina springs and a short bike ride to Glaze Meadow rec center. Ping pong tables in the garage were a nice addition. Overall great place and we will definitely be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a nice quiet area and was pretty new. We had a great time together and the bedroom/bathroom ratio was perfect. We enjoyed the back patio. There were a few items we wished had been available: a coffee grinder, Beverage pitcher, blender, and bikes would have been nice. The floors were swept but our socks got quite dirty. We found extra towels easily.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fine, but the kitchen was incredibly under-furnished. As were the supplies, like toilet paper and paper towels. There were repairs to be made (mirror on countertop, no usable towel bar in one bathroom). Management notified, but did not repair in the week we were there. There were about three black plastic bags of garbage in the garage which remained there throughout our stay. With more responsive management, I would be less critical. The only response from them was the evening a friend walked the dog from the front door to the back door where we would be dining. THEN the response was immediate, yet incorrect.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is aesthetically nice. Kitchen is equipped fine, I would say a little short on a couple items. The 2 king rooms are large, the one off the main room has a large well laid out bathroom. The one off the kitchen has a tight bathroom. Both rooms king beds are hard as the floor, extremely uncomfortable. The rooms with the doubles beds is also a nice size with a bathroom good for kids off of it. There were broken towel bars in two of the bathrooms. The outdoor furniture looked liked left overs from another house. The cushions need an upgrade. A thing we did miss for this place is if you are going to offer sleeping for 8 then have seating for 8 around the inside and outside tables. It appears they need to work out some kinks, kitchen towels still had tags on them. It could become a really nice place with some adjustments.
