• A welcoming living room, perfect for gathering after a day of exploration

• An equipped kitchen, including everything necessary to prepare your meals (fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine)

• Bedroom 1: double bed

• Bedroom 2: bunk bed, ideal for children with 1 mezzanine bed

• Bathroom with shower

• Separate WC for added comfort

• Loggia, providing a pleasant outdoor space

⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🕘 Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely worry-free arrival.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service.

To guarantee consistent quality:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish

• Gather used laundry

👉 In case of non-compliance or if thorough cleaning is necessary, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker

– Parking advice 🚗

– Recycling information ♻️
