Located in a former carpentry depot, this spacious, completely new loft in the countryside awaits you for a stay in nature. You couldn't dream of a better location with the Puy-de-Dôme "just a stone's throw away" and its chain of Puys as well as the city of Clermont-Ferrand. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the building has been rehabilitated in two parts with another gite for 6 people, the entrance to which is through the garage. The set can also be rented for 10 people. Access to the gite by a door in the garage. A parking space is provided outside (in front of the accommodation). Surveillance camera in the garage part also accessible by the owner. The laundry room is common to both accommodations and is located in the garage. This welcoming all-wood accommodation, illuminated by a south-facing facade awaits you to come and discover the region. Entrance accessible from the ground floor, the rest is upstairs: -living room with kitchen and living room (2 beds in the living room with the convertible sofa) -suite with a 140 bed and private bathroom -Separate WC
