We take guest comfort seriously, and the issue was addressed immediately once it was brought to our attention. For clarification, we were not notified about the beds until the morning of checkout. Had we been contacted when the issue was first discovered, we would have gladly addressed it during the stay or worked to provide an alternative sleeping arrangement. Once we were notified, we apologized and issued a $100 refund for the inconvenience. We also processed an additional $120.36 refund related to the reduction in the number of guests on the reservation. In addition, when the group notified us that AirPods and rings had been left behind, our cleaning team located the items and we mailed them back at no charge. We always want our guests to have a great experience, and we made every effort to address each concern brought to our attention. We have also corrected the bed-frame issue to ensure future guests do not experience the same problem. We appreciate the feedback and wish the group the very best.
