Overlook the Winchester Bay Harbor from the spacious 3rd Level!

Beautiful 3-Story home with multi level decks, all with water views! This home is within walking distance to restaurants, blocks away from the boat docks, with so much close by! Beach access, Dune rentals and riding within 2 miles. The Umpqua Lighthouse & Museum is a popular attraction that is just one of many spots to visit right down the road! To top it off: World class fishing! (The ramp can be seen from the living room).

Stairs to the front door take you into a split level entry, up the stairs to an open concept living/dining/kitchen, or down the stairs to the second level bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry. The main bedroom (king) features an ensuite private bath with walkin shower and a sliding glass doors providing your own private view of the docks. Their are 2 additional bedrooms, one with a king & a daybed, and the other with bunks.

There is an extra lot with plenty of parking for all your toys. *No access to the garage*

My family and friends of ours went to the coast to ride sise by sides. The house was a great location close to atv rentals, fishing, ocean, shopping, dining pretty much everything youd want in a rental. This house was perfect for us!!

This property was disappointing in a couple of ways. First, the trash cans were full upon our arrival and never dumped the entire time we were there. Secondly, there were no supplies in the kitchen. One roll of paper towels and that was it. No napkins, spices, minimal pots and pans. Dishes in the cupboards were put away dirty.

Family Memorial gathering

We loved the house. The location was central between the sand dunes recreation playground and the memorial in Coos Bay. The home had a fabulous kitchen area, three bathrooms, and an amazing view over the docks. This is a gem.

NIGHT LIGHTS OF WINCHESTER BAY, OREGON

We have driven by this home for many years. We were happy to see we could rent it and enjoy the night lights of Winchester Bay. Just be prepared for stairs, inside and out! We are artists and writers and enjoyed the huge sculpture, the rock walls and so much more. Good time!

The house is very nice. Lots of positives. Renters should know a few things. There is no access to the garage/bottom floor. So you have to carry all of your things up the steep stairs. (Remember to turn on the light for the stairs in the dark or you will miss the first stair to the landing!) We cooked crab and had to figure out where to keep our crab cooker. We had a paddle lock and were able to lock up the crab cooker in the dog run. Seating in the living room is limited to 5. Maybe 6 if you get cozy. More seating would be nice. Overall the property was very nice but for our ages we will opt for a less vertical property.

Ladies Fishing Trip

This was our 5th time staying here. We love the home, location, and view. Check in is very easy and the kitchen is well stocked. A few recommendations: windex or other glass cleaner for table and counter tops because of streaking when using provided Clorox wipes or dish cloth; clearer garbage directions - can has previously been in kennels and this time believe it was down at the road; complete decking around the hot tub. One of our guests stepped thinking the decking surrounded the hot tub and fell in the deep hole. She could have been seriously injured; we were unsure what temperature to leave the hot tub upon departing - we left it at the temperature it was at arrival.

Winchester bay getaway.

The view was awesome from the third floor living area. Very clean updated kitchen. We were surprised by the very steep stairway entry to the front door. It took a while transporting all of the supplies to the unit. Other then that thumbs up 👍
