Located near the port of La Vigne, this magnificent all-wood villa, reminiscent of a cabin, offers an idyllic and privileged setting for a holiday with family or friends. This charming villa boasts a beautiful, fully glazed living space, including a large living room with a dining table, a lounge area with two comfortable sofas facing the fireplace, and an open-plan kitchen leading onto the terrace. Built on two levels, it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in showers on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate toilet, and a relaxation area. The villa's key feature is its annex, accessible only from the outside, offering greater tranquility and a breathtaking view of the pool. The annex includes a double bed, a shower room, and a toilet. To enjoy sunny days, you can relax around the pool surrounded by lush greenery and dine peacefully on the shaded terrace thanks to the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. From the villa, you can easily reach the beach or the port of La Vigne on foot or by bicycle. You are also less than 10 minutes by bike from the charming oyster-farming village of L'Herbe. Throughout your stay, your villa's representative will be available by phone for any information requests or other needs. Villa Cabane de la Vigne is offered with the HOME ME (for you) concierge services. A personal assistant is at your disposal before and during your stay. Would you like to rent bikes or take a boat trip? Your personal assistant will handle all your requests and organise your tailor-made holiday. The stay included in the price includes a welcome kit, full provision of linens, a mid-week cleaning for your comfort, and an end-of-stay cleaning to ensure everything is in perfect condition upon your departure. For each additional week, an amount of €780 will be added, covering the weekly linen change and cleaning service. This amount must be paid directly to HOME ME (for you). A security deposit of €5,000 is required, either by check given on the day of arrival or by bank transfer made no later than the day before the guests' arrival.
