This listing was exactly as the pics unlike most, the communication never lapsed in response time, any and all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. The home was centrally located to where all of my guests could go and do anything they wanted and they were not stuck in one place. It truly made this vacation a memorable one and I will continue to recommend this host and home to everyone.

Elaine’s home was excellent for our group of 11 people with 3 young children. The house came with everything we needed, was very clean, and the pool/hot tub were both excellent. We had no complaints and will stay again in the future!

Beautiful home in a quiet gated community away from the main roadway, but close to all stores and restaurants within 5 minute drive. Easy access to Disney parks too. Plenty of room for large family or to share with 2 families. Pool was nice size allowing to swim l, not just a soaking pool. Home was clean, and had several bedroom options. Great backyard area (open field) where kids could run and play. Home was in cul de sac so very safe to ride bikes. Sidewalks throughout community for easy walking. Host was very quick to answer questions and sending details for checking in and rules. We would stay again.

Beautiful home with everything you need! We have stayed in this villa multiple times, and it is always our first choice when available. The property offers plenty of space with all of the comforts of home and the pool area is a wonderful, quiet, and private retreat after long days at the theme parks. We also enjoy using the workout facilities and tennis courts at the clubhouse. The hosts are great and check-in is seamless. Can’t wait to be back!

First let me say...would stay here again and again and again. The home was clean, well maintained, and truly a blessing. My family and I were ecstatic with the kids rooms of the Woody decor and the Lightening McQueen decor. I messaged the host about trash pick up and they responded quickly. The pool and spa were clean and well maintained. Beautiful home which I hope will get the opportunity to rent again. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Our only issues were around how dusty most areas and dishes and that quite a few towels had stains on them, the rugs could have used a good washing but again it didn't hinder our fun. We simply didn't play on the rugs with the kids and washed things along the way as we needed dishes and towels. Had a few maintenance things come up and communicated well with the owner on those and had an overall wonderful time! Thank you!

I'm happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! I apologize about the cleaning issues. Unfortunately the home was due for a deep clean which was scheduled for the week after you departed, so those issues should now have been addressed. Thanks for staying!
